I’m wondering how many of you are members of winery direct ship clubs? Now is the usual time of year (Fall) when we start getting boxes and boxes of wine (Adult signature required!) shipped from our favorite wineries.
Unfortunately, most of mine heads to the cellar for a year or more…
At a minimum, I recommend you wait 2-3 weeks – I am in the bottle shock is real camp.
